Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Armeen’s Bakery, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Order Placement:

● A minimum deposit of 50% is required for all orders.
● Once an order is placed, there are no cancellations or refunds.
● We do not give unfinished or semi-finished cakes.
● We reserve the right to make any last-minute adjustments to the cake as we deem necessary to ensure its quality and presentation.
● We strongly advise customers to carefully inspect their order while in the store. Once you have left the premises, we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies or issues with your order.
● If someone other than the customer is picking up the order, they assume full responsibility for verifying its accuracy before leaving the store.

Cake Design Policies:

● WARNING: Please refrain from pushing anyone’s face into the cake, as there is a risk of serious injury due to the presence of dowel rods, toys, decorations, fruits, or fillings used in the cake.
● All tiered and high cakes contain food-safe wooden or plastic dowel rods, which are necessary for stabilizing the cake. It is imperative to remove these dowel rods from the cake before serving.
● Please note that all cakes are handmade, and as such, the design may vary slightly from the pictures provided.
● Due to differences in screen types and lighting conditions under which cake pictures are taken, the color on screen may appear different from the actual color of the cake. While we strive to match colors to the best of our ability, we cannot guarantee an exact match to your expectations.
● In cases where specific toy or cake decorations depicted in pictures are unavailable, we will use the closest available replacements. The same policy applies to flowers used for decoration.
● Colors such as black, blue, red, and other dark hues may have a bitter taste and can leave stains on hands and mouths. Opting for lighter colors can help avoid this issue. Alternatively, you may choose to remove dark-colored cream while consuming the cake.
● All decorations used on our cakes are food-safe but may not be edible. Please remove these decorations before consuming the cake, as they may not taste good and could pose a choking hazard, especially for small children. It is advisable to supervise small children while they eat cake adorned with these decorations
